My childhood was filled with diverse experiences, which gave me the possibilities to express myself in different ways. Experimenting with various costumes through acting, painting, dancing and the performing circus arts, let my creativity thrive. Effortlessly I was always dressed right for the occasion. By imitating my surroundings, I quickly learned “Kleider machen Leute/Clothes make people”. As young adult I began to see the advantages of apparel.
Throughout my childhood until my early 20s, I often got asked by strangers (including model and talent scouts), if I am interested in modelling. I had never considered it. In the Melbourne artist community, I was able to help by offering a helping hand/legs/face for aspiring designers and photographers. In Seattle, 2013, I was scouted by a local model and talent agency. From then on, my, at first, disinterest, transformed into interest and grew into an absolute fashion fascination!
In the same year I traveled from Seattle to LA. Shortly after my arrival I got scouted by “America’s It Girl” a Model Competition Reality TV Show. The Show was a pilot program that had premiered on WeTV end of 2014. For a chance to win, the participants obligations were to attend as many fashion industry events, galas and charities as possible throughout the greater LA area. Another condition was to gain experience in versatile shoot formats e.g. Advertisement, Print, TV Commercials, Social Media Adds, Charity shoots etc.. So I ended up spending the whole year on location somewhere in LA, during the day shootings, rehearsals and charities, at night, fashion shows, galas and networking events. This is where my motivation as aspiring model got stronger every day. Fortunate enough I got introduced to many great artists in fashion, for example Anastasia from Anastasia Beverly Hills, a high end luxury cosmetic brand. I was able to walk in LA’s Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2014 and LA FW Spring/Summer 2015.
Based on a promise from a Model Agency, I had quickly moved to Paris. The promise wasn’t kept which forced me to move away from Paris and back to Munich, where I have since been establishing myself as freelance model and artist.
Since 2013, I’ve done over 200 Fashion Shows, over 150 Photoshoots, been covered by magazines, newspapers and TV.
…and counting…
Each Project is entirely unique therefore I’ll never be done learning and I am far from my potential.
There is no limit to creativity!
